What is database and how to create database with MS office trchnology program .

Database is one kind of office application program. When we work  our workplace or home, then we apply database program. Mainly we work in the office with this program. When we have to need to collect various customer’s  information which will be scattered.

So, we use database for collecting customer’s information.

To run the database program at first we have to open a new folder and then right click in the blank folder and after that open office database program 2007. 

After that click the create button of the menu bar. And then click table. Here is a need to talk. Without table we can not data entry in the database program.And under the table must have a unique field.  Field is a row as like excel sheet. And which data will be written in the field is called record.

 Let's do the rest. Now to click the drop down menu under the view and click the design view option. After that new window  will be open as like table name.  Let’s save the table name box  after give table name.  For example : Customer data.  And then a new window will be open.  Save it  (CTRL + S ). 

1.Give a new id name under the ID field and select the auto number in the drop down menu of right box.

2. And type Customer name under ID field and select the text in the drop down menu of right box.  Here will be select text because customer name is one of the text or select memo  memo is as like the text too.

3.  Write the date of birth under the Customer name box and then select date/time because it is a auto date and time.

4. You can write income under the date of birth and select currency.

5. You can write mobile number or phone number under the income and select number.  

6. And after that if you want to give a question then type the question . Example: Are you American  ? and then select Yes/no. (Here is need to talk :- Which question you will give here that’s answer must be yes or no. )

7. You can give OLE OBJECT below the question and select OLE OBJECT.  OLE object means a picture which will be create a picture manager or others image ready application.

8.  After that if you want a link as like web link then you can  giving  a link name and select hyperlink    in the right dropdown menu . 

9.  write Photo and select attachment in the right dropdown menu .

10 . And at last you can see lookup wizard . select the look up wizard and then will come a from . check the radio button   I will type in the value that I want.    And then nest >>> and finish .

You have finish a data table for you customer .

Now you will create a from where you type data of your customers. So, now click view in the title bar and click datasheet view. And before that you should be save the data from.

Now , come to type. For this work click the create menu of the menu bar. After that see the From and click there.  You will see a from . Here fill up your required  field. Here I will talk a little speak. If you click From view then you will type data in the form.

If you click layout view then you will see just the data, could not type.If you click Design view then you create design in the data from.
